Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, tied with baker's twine and packaged in a bubble wrap envelope.

Yes. However, due to the unique nature of handmade products, please allow some minor variation in each finished product, especially if you order more than one of the same item.

Fabric with obvious patterns may have differences in the pattern placement and so may vary slightly from item to item, but this will not affect the overall look of the design.

Please be aware that due to the different settings of each individual device's monitor the colours displayed in pictures may vary. I try to capture the colours of my items as accurately as possible, however refunds cannot be issued due to these variations.

If you change your mind about an order, please contact me within 12 hours of purchase to cancel. After this period, the item may have already been dispatched to you.

Please contact me before returning an item so that I can give you all the details on how to return it.

It is recommended that all items involving fabric should be gently spot cleaned with a damp cloth only and not immersed in water unless otherwise stated.

Items damaged due to negligence while cleaning will not be accepted for return.

Parcels to mainland UK addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery (Airmail).
